POSITION OVERVIEW • Full-scope optometry position utilizing a mobile practice model • Provide comprehensive eye care and ocular disease management services • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat vision and eye health conditions • Fit and prescribe vision aids and corrective devices • Deliver patient-centered care throughout the community using a mobile optometry unit SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday • No weekend requirements COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 • Sign-On Bonus Available • Relocation Assistance Available • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Life Insurance (3x Annual Salary) • Malpractice Coverage • Licensure Fee Reimbursement • $3,500 Annual CME Allowance • 5 CME Days • 26 Days Combined PTO and Sick Leave Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity.
