Description

We’re looking for a hard-working, passionate Optometrist ready to provide our customers with the best eyecare in the business. At Specsavers Ripon, you’ll join a community focused team full of people from all walks of life and all levels of experience. So, as long as you’re a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, whoever you are, you can make a difference here.
The store has a large retail area at the front and a clinical area separate from this. There are 3 long form test rooms and 2 short form, all fitted with OCT and Phoropters, as well as new Tonoref, Humphrey visual field. Optometrist clinics are rolling with a mix of 20-25 minute testing depending on the patient. All pre-screens are done for you.
There are quite a lot of MECs appointments in store, however, if you don’t have the MECs accreditation the store are more than happy to support with this.
