Responsible for weaving pattern development of new OPW projects. 主导新产品测试, 并进行跨部门沟通反馈及改进 Lead new project testing and cooperation with cross-function team for improvement. 全面参与解决新产品工艺和设备相关的问题. Fully involve in problem solving related to new product, process, and equipment issue. 全面支持新生产线进行工艺和产品问题分析. Support new line design review, and work with cross-function team from plant to improve line utilization. 确保所有实验室文件的及时编制, 例如PFMEA, PFC和其他相关文件. Ensure to prepare all new process documentation of OPW laboratory in time, example PFMEA, PFC and other line documents. 培训质量人员根据要求进行产品实验测试. Train quality technician for OPW fabric testing. Your Profile： More than 8 years of opw working experience, with professional knowledge and experience in engineering textile fabrics 8年以上opw工作经验，有专业的工程纺织面料知识经验 Good communication skills in both Chinese and English 良好的中英文沟通能力 Proficient in using computers, especially MS Office software and AUTOCAD. 熟练使用计算机, 特别是MS Office办公软件和AUTOCAD.
