AIM is seeking a Fiscal Intermediary (FI) Reimbursement Specialist to join our mission-driven organization. Our growing team is offering a full benefits package that includes:   Paid Training  Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Options  Life insurance   403(b) with matching   Generous Paid Time Off and a culture of work/life balance Position Snapshot:  The Reimbursement Specialist supports the OPWDD team by processing mileage and Self Direction Budget reimbursements, auditing for compliance/regulatory components, printing, scanning, mailing, filing, data entry, and review of service documentation to ensure record keeping requirements.    Essential Functions: * Responsible for receiving and processing reimbursement forms per individual self-direction budgets for mileage.   * Receives, reviews, and processes Self Direction budget expenses and line items. * Compares reimbursements against the current approved budget for allowable service/reimbursements.  * Comparing submitted reimbursements to service documentation for provision evidence, and to expense reports for available funds.  * Work collaboratively with Fiscal Intermediary staff on monthly expenditures review and mailing distribution requirements.  * Interacts with FI team and Finance Departments.   Education & Experience: * 1+years in an administrative, accounting/finance, and/or human services related support position preferably in a not for profit, or * Any combination of education and experience that provide the knowledge, skills, and ability necessary to perform the essential functions of this position to the satisfaction of AIM’s CEO. * Adequate computer skills with basic competencies in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Excellent word processing, database, and file management skills.   * Excellent client service skills and superior telephone manner.   Excellent interpersonal skills are helpful.
