• Initiation, management and implementation of operational excellence and lean projects at the site
• Analysis and optimization of production, logistics and administration processes
• Conducting workshops and moderating improvement initiatives
• Introduction, further development and auditing of Lean methods and standards
• Development of operational excellence roadmaps and tracking of the implementation of measures
• Organization and moderation of regular exchanges with the OpEx managers of the worldwide locations.
• Promoting global knowledge transfer and the use of best practices
• Development, piloting and rollout of global standards and procedures
• Conducting training and qualification of multipliers

WHAT SETS THEM APART

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in production, industrial engineering, lean management or operational excellence
• Experience in leading improvement and change projects
• Excellent knowledge of common Lean methods and continuous improvement processes
• Confident handling of key performance indicators and data-based analysis
• High level of initiative and implementation strength
• Excellent moderation and communication skills
• Analytical, structured and international way of thinking and working
• Willingness to travel regularly for work, including worldwide
• Very good German and English skills
