What you’ll do at Jamf: The Oracle Application Support Analyst I is responsible for providing first-level support for Oracle-based ERP and EPM systems, including troubleshooting access issues, resolving data discrepancies, monitoring system performance, and performing routine administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth daily operations by addressing user-reported issues, performing system checks, and escalating more complex problems to higher-level analysts or technical teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to grow in Oracle systems support within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role is offered as hybrid. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Poland and have sponsorship to live and work in Poland. #LI-Hybrid What you can expect to do in this role: Provide Tier 1 support for Oracle ERP and EPM systems, responding to user requests, troubleshooting access or data issues, and logging tickets using the internal ticketing system. Monitor system health, alerts, and error logs; perform routine checks and escalate anomalies to Level 2 or Level 3 teams. (Work out of Jira Support Queue) Assist users with navigation, basic functionality, and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP and EPM (e.g., Financials, EDM). Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), support runbooks, and resolution playbooks for recurring issues. Participate in Oracle release and patch management activities by assisting with smoke testing and validating key functions post-deployment. Log and track tickets related to application performance, access issues, and bug reports, escalating issues as needed. Communicate effectively with business users and technical teams to ensure timely updates and resolution of issues. Maintain a basic understanding of Oracle ERP modules and terminology to support cross-functional teams effectively. Provide support coverage during off-hours or weekends as needed for system maintenance or critical issues. Ability to successfully manage change and navigate positively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Be available outside normal business hours tasks for emergencies or tasks that need to be completed outside standard hours. What we are looking for: 0–2 years of experience in IT support, ERP systems, or Oracle application support. Exposure to Oracle ERP, EPM, or similar enterprise applications is a plus. Excellent Organizational Skills (Required). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (Required). Excellent Critical Thinking Process (Required). Fluency in English (Required). Experience with the Salesforce.com platform (Preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project management software (Preferred). Experience in systems implementation methodologies including waterfall and agile. Experience gathering inputs and synthesizing into business outcomes. Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work on projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently complete time sensitive tasks. Oracle Certified Foundations Associate (Preferred). Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) (Preferred). Why Jamf?
