Exciting opportunity to join our Oracle Enterprise Technology & Performance team:
Amongst a variety of exciting career opportunities currently available within our Oracle practice, we are seeking to hire an experienced Oracle Applications Solution Architect to join our Oracle team in Ireland.
As an Oracle Applications Solution Architect in Deloitte, you are a key member of our Consulting team where you will have the opportunity to work with global and local clients across several industries. You will “make an impact that matters” in your role designing and building innovative solutions to meet our clients’ needs while working within a global collaborative network of highly experienced consulting teams. This is a challenging but highly fulfilling role with the potential to further develop your range of consulting and Oracle skills significantly.

About the role:

  • Lead the strategic design and implementation of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials solutions for a variety of implementations, including on-premises and cloud.
  • Develop and implement our clients’ business requirements while recommending appropriate best practice solutions.
  • Provide architectural oversight & leadership and technical guidance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from strategy development to solution implementation. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with clients’ business requirements and best practices.
  • Support/Drive the growth and development of our Oracle practice by leading internal team activities, participating in our global network, and facilitating external client events.
  • Identify and develop new project opportunities, building long-lasting, trusted client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global and local teams to ensure successful delivery in an agile environment.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Stay informed of the latest advancements in Oracle technologies and related applications to ensure our solutions are innovative and up-to-date.

About you:

  • A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience within Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud Financials / HCM – design, configuration, and development from projects or your own industry experience.
  • Proven experience in Oracle applications across various areas including;
  • Financials: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management / HCM: and/or

Responsibilities:
