Job Description: Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP to join our team in Brussels. The ideal candidate combines solid functional knowledge with a business-oriented mindset and is capable of bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within Oracle Fusion ERP Act as a functional consultant across key modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Procurement (PO), and General Ledger (GL) Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and propose optimized solutions Support implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on Oracle Fusion ERP Strong knowledge of AP, PO, and GL modules Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite in Brussels) Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Contract Details: Preference for candidates employed by DXC, but freelance profiles will also be considered At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
