SUMMARY:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications, with a focus on Oracle-based systems (Customer Care & Billing [CC&B] and Oracle Analytics Publisher). Collaborates across teams to design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance for Utilities and related areas.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 7–10 years’ experience managing enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise with Oracle CC&B and Oracle Analytics Publisher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Visio.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in process/workflow design, system configuration, and Oracle technologies.
• Utilities industry experience.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, analysis, and project management.

• Design, document, implement, and support enterprise application solutions.
• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing applications and integrations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders on system requirements.
• Create technical specifications, documentation, and ensure compliance with IT standards.
