Join our Oracle Cloud Sales team as an Account Executive. We are on the lookout for a results-driven, proactive individual to expand our cloud customer base and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the cloud-native landscape. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and close deals. Build relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their unique business needs and challenges. Create and propose personalized cloud migration plans to target customers. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful customer implementations. Work closely with our partner network, as a success multiplier and revenue growth enabler. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and emerging cloud technologies. Qualifications: Proven Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated track record of successfully hunting and closing deals in cloud sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Expertise in Cloud: In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, with a focus on cloud-native platforms and Infrastructures, ensuring the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. Strategic Prospecting: Focused efforts on identifying, qualifying, and targeting potential customers to accelerate market share growth. Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs, challenge it and showcase the winning solution. Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with the ability to work independently. Adaptability: Strong ability to stay agile and aligned with the continuous evolution of cloud-native technologies and market demands.
