Colleague Experience Technology team is looking for Oracle Cloud Configuration Engineer (ORC/Talent/Learn). This is the key opportunity for any individual who can design, develop, solve problems, debug, evaluate, modify, deploy, and document software and systems that meet Oracle standards in support of the Oracle Modernization Project.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Experience of Configuration and Supporting Oracle Fusion: ORC and/or Talent and/or Learning
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and application support for Multi-Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent, and Learning.
• Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
• Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System, VBS Customizations, and end-to-end hire-to-retire process flow for all modules, including Core HR, ORC, Learn, Talent, and Compensation.
• Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of BI reports, Approval workflow, OTBI and BI reports, OIC Integrations.
• Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows. Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well-versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
• Experience on Oracle Journeys
• Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
• Working knowledge of Fast formulas, HCM Data loader (HDL), OTBI, and ability to troubleshoot and support config and integrations.
• Experience of conducting CRP (conference room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
