Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist – Risk Management Cloud for a long term program supporting an agency in Washington, DC. This position is hybrid, 3 days/week on site.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ORACLE FUNCTIONAL SPECIALIST:

• 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP with strong expertise in Risk Management Cloud
• Strength in ERP security, segregation of duties, and internal controls
• Hands-on experience with RMC modules
• Familiar with regulations such as SOX, GDPR, or ISO 27001
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field

• Configure and manage Oracle RMC modules including Advanced Access Controls, Financial Reporting Compliance, etc.
• Develop and enforce access policies and SoD rules across Oracle ERP Cloud
• Analyze risks associated with access, transactions, configuration changes
• Collaborate with audit, IT security, and compliance teams
• Provide functional expertise on Oracle RMC modules and integration with core ERP
• Support implementation and optimization of RMC with Oracle ERP Cloud
