OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support our workforce.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in Python for automating payroll processes and data analysis.

  • Experience with SQL for database management and reporting purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain payroll records, including employee information, hours worked, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data management and updates.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports related to payroll metrics, including labor costs and overtime analysis.
  • Assist in the implementation of new payroll software or upgrades as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC practices during the integration of new technologies into the payroll system.
  • Support IT infrastructure by coordinating with IT teams on payroll system maintenance and troubleshooting.
