JOB DESCRIPTION

Solü is currently seeking an Oracle Cloud Integration Specialist (ERP / MFCS / POS / Xstore) with expertise in ERP Cloud, MFCS, and retail POS systems. This role will focus on analyzing, designing, and supporting integrations across Oracle’s retail and ERP ecosystems, while providing technical and functional guidance on architecture, configuration, testing, and documentation. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Oracle Cloud integration experience and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of Oracle Cloud integration experience, including ERP Cloud and MFCS.
• Experience with POS/Xstore integration and Oracle Retail ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud configuration, setup, and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle patching cycles and testing strategies.
• Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Support and enhance integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud, MFCS, and POS systems (Oracle POS v14.0.1 and the future Xstore implementation).
• Consult on architecture, configuration, and setup changes to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
• Partner with production support resources to analyze root causes of issues and recommend solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, including PCS security role changes, application setups, and technical integration specifications.
• Provide expertise on testing strategies for Oracle monthly, quarterly, and semiannual patches.
• Translate requirements into out-of-the-box Oracle Cloud solutions and recommend best practices.
• Guide interface changes between ERP Cloud, MFCS, POS, and other retail modules.
