Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Oracle HCM Cloud, with specific expertise in the Learning module.
• Proven hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Learning Cloud, including instructor-led training, learning paths, and automated learning assignments.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and its integration points with Learning.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Support.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification preferred

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Learning modules within the Oracle HCM suite. This role is focused on providing subject matter expertise, functional guidance, and hands-on configuration support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Oracle Learning Cloud solutions.

• Proficient in Oracle Cloud Learning (Oracle Cloud Fusion Learning module), guiding clients through best practices, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support functional requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Configure Oracle Learning Cloud features, such as learning catalogs, content, communities, ILT, and blended learning programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
• Support end-user documentation development and end-user support resources.
• Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on the client’s current solution.
