Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud Manufacturing consultant to play a hands-on lead role in our high growth Supply Chain practice.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain Operations, or equivalent degree.
• Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of implementation experience in Oracle Supply Chain applications with at least 2 years focused on implementing Oracle Cloud Manufacturing (Discrete and Process).
• Extensive experience identifying gaps between client processes and Oracle SCM Cloud and determining solutions (configurations, extensions, etc.)
• Experience with but not limited to Oracle SCM Cloud Manufacturing (Discrete Manufacturing and Process Manufacturing with a strong focus on Process).
• Experience with full Implementation lifecycle – requirements, map/gap, design, build, development, testing, training, cut-over and support of Oracle cloud applications.
• Experience presenting functional solutions to director level business stakeholders and managing delivery expectations.
• Ability to lead and mentor less experienced consultants within the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing module.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience implementing additional Oracle Cloud modules including but not limited to: Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Certifications in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud – Manufacturing, Planning or other.
• Experience as an Architect leading large, complex SCM implementations, as well as global design sessions leveraging a process first approach.

Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will lead and work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:

• Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations.
• Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans.
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution.
• Defining new and refining existing business processes.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.
