Description
An Oracle Cloud HCM OTL & Absence Management Techno-Functional Consultant designs, configures, and implements Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence systems. They bridge business needs with technical solutions by configuring rules, fast formulas, and integrations while managing test scripts, user training, and supporting post-implementation L2/L3 issues.  Key Responsibilities * Configuration & Design: Lead end-to-end configuration of OTL (layouts, rules, time cards) and Absence Management (plans, accruals, types). * Techno-Functional Bridging: Develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and use Fast Formulas to meet complex, custom business logic. * Integration: Ensure seamless integration between OTL, Absence, Payroll (e.g., ADP), and third-party time collection devices. * Project Lifecycle: Conduct requirement workshops, GAP analysis, system integration testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Compliance: Configure systems to comply with legal requirements and regional regulations. * Support: Provide post-production support, analyze quarterly Oracle updates, and perform regression testing.  Required Skills & Qualifications * Experience: 5–10+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with OTL and Absence modules. * Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, OTBI, BIP, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts. * Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of time entry, validation rules, absence plans, and approval workflows. * Functional Lead Experience: Proven experience in implementing 3+ Oracle Cloud HCM projects. * Communication: Strong client-facing skills for requirement gathering and workshops.  Desired Experience * Oracle Certification in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management. * Experience with US legislative rules or other international compliance requirements. * Experience in conducting training and creating documentation.
