About the job you’re considering The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Lead provides end-to-end solutions that address client’s business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to lead a team. Your role: Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud applications Design, hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Oracle Cloud HCM applications Resolve functional and technical issues Be an active member within Capgemini’s Oracle technology communities Your skills and experience: Minimum 10-15 Years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll end to end implementation experience. Should have completed more than three full implementation projects in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Candidates with HR with Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence Management and Fast Formula with multi-Org experience would be preferred. Lead all workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate), Agile methodology and act as lead for Cloud Payroll Implementation Provide functional application leadership and guidance to a team based both in the US and India Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, should be an excellent team player. Has excellent English spoken and written language communication skills Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope Transfer product knowledge to the project team and to the client via knowledge transfer Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested. Nice to Have Skills: Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud community • Wider experience of HR processes from a business context Experience of other Oracle Cloud modules including Compensation, Learning, Talent Management or Helpdesk.
