JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Specialist with strong expertise in Order Management and OCC Integration. The ideal candidate will provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, recommend process improvements, and drive successful integrations between Oracle Cloud SCM and Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud SCM experience (Order Management focus).
  • Strong knowledge of OCC to Oracle Cloud SCM integrations.
  • Experience supporting production environments and resolving functional issues.
  • Solid understanding of order orchestration configurations and business processes.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and recommend Oracle best practice solutions.
  • Experience with testing Oracle Cloud updates (monthly/quarterly/semiannual).
  • Strong documentation skills (security roles, application setups, technical specifications).
Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management.
  • Work with PLCB production support resources to analyze root causes of issues and provide resolutions.
  • Understand overall system architecture and provide consulting guidance.
  • Configure and optimize Order Orchestration processes to improve order management workflows.
  • Recommend and implement configuration and setup changes within Oracle Cloud Order Management as needed.
  • Analyze and provide guidance on approaches to testing Oracle monthly, quarterly, and semiannual patches.
  • Interpret business requirements and translate them into effective Out-of-the-Box Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Provide recommendations for best practices and process improvements.
  • Modify and maintain project documentation, including: Security role changes/setups, Application setups, and Technical integration specifications.
