Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Oracle Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary We are looking for Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant experienced in the full-cycle of Oracle Cloud implementation with a very strong technical skill set in creating Integrations and extensions as per client requirements Role will require experience and capability in design, development, configuration, test script execution, performing proof of concept, building user training materials and supporting testing milestones This manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and sales enablement. Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer referenceability. Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plans. Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process. Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream. Typically manages a relatively small number of individual contributing project managers. Provides oversight to projects within the portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Ability to travel as needed. Responsibilities Minimum 10+ years of total experience relevant to this position including 5+ years of project management experience. Should have multiple full lifecycle implementation experience with three end to end cloud implementations or 5+ years of Oracle cloud experience Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing and go-live. Exposure to SaaS and PaaS delivery models. Strong business writing skills and verbal communication. Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management, including financials and metrics. Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements. Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Strong people and team management experience Must have skills: Candidate should possess strong knowledge in below 3 or more areas: SQL and Pl/SQL Data migration using FBDI Oracle SaaS BI / OTBI / FR reports Cloud Integration ( ICS / OIC) Oracle VBCS / APEX Good to have skills: Knowledge on emerging technologies like ( RPA, IoT, Blockchain) Professional and Educational Background: Any Graduation or Post Graduation Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
