A critical part of the role will also involve leading the solution delivery of the CX implementations to ensure the customer’s business needs are addressed and benefits are realised. Working experience on Fusion Field Service and Service Cloud · Excellent communication skills in English (Written and Spoken) · Tertiary Qualifications · Ability to travel as needed · Australian resident or citizen Preferred Skills · Working knowledge on Oracle Integration Cloud . Working Knowledge on Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) · Knowledge of Customer Data Management - Customer 360/Lifecycle · Knowledge of CI/CD Knowledge . Industry Experience in Health Sector · Experience working in Sales and Service implementations
