The role involves working with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize field service operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource management, and customer experience.Your Profile Experience: 4+ years in Oracle CX Field Service Cloud implementation. Strong understanding of Field Service Management, Routing, and Capacity Planning. Hands-on experience in Oracle Field Service configuration and optimization. Knowledge of integration with Oracle Service Cloud and ERP modules.
