In this position, you'll have the opportunity to help businesses enhance their customer experience through innovative Oracle solutions. As an Oracle CX Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and engagement. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, configuring Oracle CX applications, and providing training and support to users. We're looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working in an international and collaborative environment. This role presents a unique opportunity to be a key player in shaping the future of customer experience for our clients. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle CX applications or similar customer relationship management tools. Strong understanding of customer experience principles and best practices. Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. Experience in training and supporting users on new systems and processes. Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
