POSITION SUMMARY RAC is hiring a Data Migration Consultant to execute Oracle HCM data migration workstreams on client implementations. You will build, run, and validate HDL and HSDL data loads across all HCM modules — ensuring accuracy, completeness, and auditability across all migration cycles from initial mock through production cutover. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build HDL data files with full awareness of the business object hierarchy — loading Person, Work Relationship, Assignment, Employment, and dependent objects in the correct sequence across all in-scope HCM modules Design source-to-target field mapping with transformation logic — translating legacy data structures to Oracle HCM attributes, building code conversion tables, and resolving data quality issues at source before they become load failures Execute data loads in development and test environments — reading HDL output logs, distinguishing validation errors from import errors, and resolving failures at root cause rather than working around them Perform data reconciliation at every mock cycle — source row count versus Oracle load count by object, field-level spot checks for high-risk attributes, and business rule validation using Oracle-side OTBI reports Build and maintain data mapping documentation — source-to-target mapping tables with transformation rules, load run logs, error resolution notes, and mock run sign-off reports WHY ROLLING ARRAYS Data migration is a structured, valued delivery workstream at RAC — not a task handed to a junior consultant.
