Key Responsibilities · Administer and maintain Oracle database environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and security. · Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, backup, recovery, patching, upgrades, and migration activities across enterprise systems. · Perform performance tuning, capacity analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for database and application-related issues. · Support database high-availability and disaster recovery configurations, including monitoring, failover readiness, and operational validation. · Execute database patching, upgrade, migration, and maintenance activities with minimal business disruption. · Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, and support teams to resolve incidents and deliver operational improvements. · Provide support for Oracle engineered systems such as Exadata, including basic administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. · Contribute to automation and DevOps initiatives to improve operational efficiency, repeatability, and service quality.
