QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of Oracle EBS Benefits experience (configuration + support).
• Strong knowledge of Benefits administration, enrollment rules, eligibility profiles, and fast formulas.
• Understanding of Payroll/HR integration points in Oracle EBS.
• Experience with open enrollment cycles, compliance, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate functional needs into technical requirements.
• Nice to have: Oracle Cloud HCM exposure (Payroll, Absence, Benefits).

THE ROLE

We are seeking an Oracle EBS Benefits Consultant with proven experience configuring, supporting, and optimizing Benefits in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable advising clients directly. This role will support both ongoing client projects and new implementations, working alongside our senior consultants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure, test, and support Oracle EBS Benefits modules (Health & Welfare, Life Events, Open Enrollment).
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to ensure seamless integrations and compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
• Support year-end, open enrollment, and regulatory changes (ACA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Document configurations, test scripts, and functional design specs.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand requirements and provide best-practice recommendations.
