Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Functional Consultant to join our dynamic implementation and support team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated financial solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite for enterprise clients across diverse industries. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Oracle EBS financial modules, business process optimization, and the ability to translate complex financial requirements into scalable ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: •Configures and supports Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules for enterprise clients. •Analyze business requirements, configure GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM modules, and conduct fit-gap analysis for EBS R12 implementations. •Lead month-end/year-end closes, subledger reconciliations, and user training while ensuring compliance with financial standards. •Collaborate on P2P/O2C processes, system testing, upgrades, and ongoing support for optimized financial reporting. Preferred Qualifications: •5+ years in Oracle EBS Finance with full lifecycle experience; knowledge of India localization preferred. •Strong accounting principles, SQL/OTBI skills, and bachelor's in Finance/IT/Accounting. •Excellent problem-solving and communication for cross-functional teams.
