Description
Key Responsibilities * Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document finance and accounting requirements. * Conduct requirement workshops and fit-gap analysis sessions to align Oracle best practices with customer processes. * Lead and facilitate CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions, demonstrating solution capabilities to business users. * Provide expertise across Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Subledger Accounting; exposure to P2P and O2C cycles preferred. * Support end-to-end solution design, configuration, and testing activities in Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS. * Collaborate with technical teams to design reports, integrations, and extensions based on business needs. * Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and RTMs (Requirement Traceability Matrices). * Provide functional support during UAT, SIT, and Go-Live phases. * Advise clients on best practices, financial process improvements, and Oracle Cloud roadmap adoption. Required Skills & Experience * 8–10 years of Oracle Finance functional consulting experience in EBS (R12) and Fusion Cloud Finance. * Strong functional knowledge in Core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) with hands-on experience. * Experience in leading requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and CRP sessions with business stakeholders. * Proficiency in preparing and validating BRDs, FDDs, and RTMs. * End-to-end implementation experience in at least 2–3 full cycle projects (including EBS to Fusion Cloud migration preferred). * Ability to work closely with clients, explain Oracle best practices, and manage stakeholder expectations. * Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills. * Experience in India Localization (GST, TDS) and global finance setups is an added advantage. Good to Have * Exposure to Oracle Cloud Tools: OTBI, BIP Reports, Smart View, and FBDI/HDL templates. * Knowledge of finance integration touchpoints with SCM, Projects, and Payroll. * Experience in Agile/Waterfall implementation methodologies. * Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification in Financials.
