Description
An experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS Consultant who can join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6–12 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle implementations, technical and functional support, and ongoing optimization of Oracle EBS HRMS modules. This role offers the flexibility to work from any major city across India. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related discipline. • More than 7 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules. • Proven track record of participating in at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle EBS HRMS implementations. • Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Self Service HR (SSHR), and other HRMS modules. • Ability to translate complex business requirements into Oracle HRMS solutions. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: • Oracle Certification in HRMS or Cloud HCM. • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (added advantage). • Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
