Technical Skill Sets Core expertise: Strong Oracle EBS R12 technical expertise with hands-on experience designing and delivering scalable technical solutions. Technical stack: Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher/BI Publisher, interfaces, conversions, extensions, personalization, and OAF. Finance modules: Experience integrating and supporting finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA in Oracle EBS environments. Delivery capability: Ability to prepare technical design documents and deliver finance-related customizations, reports, and enhancements aligned to business requirements. Integration & performance: Hands-on knowledge of APIs, open interfaces, data migration, and performance tuning to support robust and efficient finance solutions. Business support: Good understanding of period close, reconciliations, statutory reporting, troubleshooting, and production support for stable finance operations.
