JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Data Scientist in the team, you will be responsible for building and deploying machine learning models for multiple use cases such as Sales propensity models, forecasting, product and activity recommendation models to build smart pipelines for Sales teams. You will analyze and perform Text Analytics and provide insights on unstructured and structured data. Based on deep understanding and knowledge of data science and machine learning/AI techniques, you will develop and maintain models to improve customer and employee experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

As an Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Oracle applications, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to define the organization’s technology strategy, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, or other Oracle products.
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, OCI).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Oracle technologies (eg, OCA, OCP) is preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in leading large-scale IT projects.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with Business stakeholders to understand Business requirements and desired business outcomes
Perform exploratory data analysis on enterprise structured and unstructured data and explore data for training and building models
Build and deploy machine learning inference models, monitor performance for models in production, remediate model drift
Analyze results from models, perform Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics, generate insights and explain results to end users
Integrate inference models with applications such as MS Dynamics
Collaborate with team members to deliver innovative technologies, insights to Visa business units to save costs, facilitate data driven Business decisions, improve operations and efficiency gains.
Research emerging trends and published papers in AI and Machine learning and apply learnings to solve Business problems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint, including application, data, infrastructure, and security architectures.
• Solution Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions based on Oracle technologies.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Integration: Design and implement integration strategies between Oracle applications and other systems.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
