This is a role for someone who understands finance at its core, thrives in complex planning environments, and wants to work at the forefront of FP&A, Oracle EPM, and AI-enabled finance transformation. Lead End-to-End Delivery From requirements and process design through configuration, testing, go-live, and optimisation — you’ll play a hands-on, visible role across the full lifecycle. You’ll help clients adopt smarter automation, improve forecasting accuracy, and unlock deeper insights from their data. What You’ll Be Doing You will be: Leading the functional design and implementation of Oracle EPM Planning solutions Defining requirements, performing gap analysis, and designing robust planning models Configuring forms, dashboards, workflows, approvals, and security Providing functional leadership for integrations, business rules, mappings, and automations Facilitating design reviews and validation workshops with finance stakeholders Supporting testing cycles, training delivery, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support Managing priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery Qualifications What We’re Looking For You will have: Finance-First EPM Expertise A strong background in FP&A or a commercial finance role Hands-on experience designing and improving planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Oracle EPM Planning Experience Solid functional experience with Oracle Planning Cloud Familiarity with Oracle EPM out-of-the-box planning frameworks is highly beneficial Experience with other FP&A tools (e.g. Anaplan) is advantageous Process-Led, Delivery-Driven Proven ability to analyse, optimise, and redesign end-to-end finance processes Experience delivering financial systems in either a consulting or client-side environment Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in fast-moving programmes Forward-Thinking & Collaborative A genuine interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to finance transformation Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills Organised, proactive, and outcomes-focused Nice to Have Exposure to additional Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, or Tax Reporting Accountancy qualification or equivalent finance background Additional Information Why Version 1?
