Description
Please note you must be able to pass security clearance for this role (NPPV 3) due to our client's requirements. To gain this level of clearance you must have been a resident living in the UK for the past 3 years. You probably know what it’s like to be in a support role where you’re just expected to resolve issues, hit SLAs and move on to the next issue. This isn’t that kind of role. At Namos, managed services means something different. It’s about being a trusted expert to our clients, helping them get the most out of their Oracle investment and spotting opportunities to improve the way they work with their tech. You’ll still resolve incidents, of course, but you’ll also work closely with clients to guide them through enhancements, manage SaaS updates and provide advice that genuinely adds value. You’ll join a team that understands what it’s like to juggle multiple clients and priorities. You’ll be supported by a leadership team that listens and cares. Your manager won’t just track your workload. They’ll invest in your growth, help you plan your certifications and make sure you’re developing in the direction you want. You’ll also work closely with our ERP and EPM consultants to keep expanding your skills. You’ll need to bring experience supporting Oracle EPM, especially Planning, and ideally Consolidation, and feel confident navigating Data Management or Data Exchange. Experience in managed services or supporting multiple clients is a must, and if you’ve handled SaaS updates, service requests or changes, even better. You’ll also be part of a culture that makes space for real work-life balance. That could mean an early finish on a Friday, flexibility in your day-to-day, or simply knowing your manager trusts you to get the job done. We’re proud of the team we’ve built. People genuinely enjoy working here, not just for the tech but for the camaraderie, the collaboration and the chance to be part of something that’s still growing. If you care about doing right by your clients and want to feel proud of where you work, you’ll fit right in. Benefits Private healthcare with Vitality (at no cost to you), with rewards like an Apple Watch discount, cinema tickets and health reviews. Employee assistance programme Death in service benefit Private pension scheme with Royal London 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, birthday leave and extra days for long service Early finish on Fridays Flexible working and a common-sense approach to work-life balance Cycle scheme, perks at work, eye care vouchers and a season ticket loan Process A short screening call with our People Team, followed by a two-stage video process with our EPM Practice Director and VP of Managed Services. Equality Statement We celebrate the diversity of our teams and value the unique contributions they bring to our inclusive, collaborative, and rewarding workplace. As a disability confident employer we are committed to treating all job applicants fairly and with respect, irrespective of their background, disability, or any other protected characteristic, and dedicated to our core values of professionalism, expertise, and trust. We're dedicated to ensuring an inclusive recruitment process for all candidates.
