Job Description Job Title: Oracle EPM Trainee / Associate Consultant Location: Hyderabad, Banjara hills Experience: 1-2 Year Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Undergo structured training in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, etc.) Support senior consultants in configuration, setup, and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications. Assist in analyzing business requirements and documenting functional & technical specifications. Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of EPM applications. Work on report creation, data mapping, and performance optimization tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and Project teams) for smooth delivery. Maintain project documentation and adhere to quality and delivery standards. Required Skills Strong understanding of finance concepts (budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting). Good knowledge of MS Excel and analytical tools. Basic understanding of databases and SQL (added advantage). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Eagerness to learn Oracle EPM Cloud technologies and pursue certifications. Qualifications Educational Qualification B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance / Systems) Additional Information Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
