QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years in Oracle Financials ERP, with 3+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.
• Expertise in core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects, Inventory).
• Experience in system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and ERP best practices.
• Familiarity with FBDI, ADFdi, and Oracle Data Management for migrations.
• Hands-on experience with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud security, and DevOps within ERP environments.
• Proficiency with SQL and financial reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Oracle certifications are a plus.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an ERP professional with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials. This individual will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing Oracle ERP applications. The role involves implementing solutions, resolving complex issues, and ensuring system stability while working closely with finance and IT stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure, deploy, and support Oracle Cloud Financial modules.
• Partner with finance and technology teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead and support new implementations and system migrations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for ERP issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Billing, Fixed Assets, Projects).
• Customize dashboards and financial reports (BI Publisher, OTBI, OAC).
• Integrate ERP with third-party systems, payment platforms, and tax engines via OIC and APIs.
• Monitor ERP performance and implement proactive improvements.
• Share knowledge with junior staff and foster ERP best practices.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud Financials updates and advise on adoption.
