- Be proactive and serve as the Client's advocate during engagements

- Collaborate with functional counterparts to deliver custom solutions to meet Client requirements

- Translate complex business requirements and processes into technical designs

- Lead technical process mapping/reengineering and future state technical design for integrations and customizations

- Challenge client and other project team members on requirements definition and ensure technical approach aligns to leading practices

- Draft technical design documents for review and approval by Client

- Lead Technical activities in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Systems Interface Testing (SIT)

- Lead System Administrator Knowledge Transfer and Enablement planning and execution activities

- Define data conversion/migration strategy and related technical specifications and lead data migration activities

- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to Clients post go-live as needed
