We’re looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Test Manager to take ownership of end-to-end testing across high-impact programmes — ensuring quality, control, and confidence at every stage. Why this contract stands out Own the Full Testing Lifecycle – Strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and defect management Lead Hybrid Teams – Manage Version 1 testers alongside client SMEs and third parties Influence Quality at Scale – Embed best practice across large Oracle Cloud programmes Work with Major Clients – Deliver transformation for organisations such as the Bank of England and leading public sector bodies Flexible Hybrid Working – Remote delivery with occasional travel to client or hub locations Join a Market Leader – Part of a 3,700+ strong consultancy and one of the UK & Ireland’s leading Oracle partners What you’ll be doing You will: Define and own test strategy, plans, and schedules aligned to project timelines Lead SIT and UAT planning, coordination, and execution Manage defect triage, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication Oversee the creation and quality of all test artefacts Coordinate testing across upstream and downstream integrations Coach teams on test design and scripting best practices Ensure delivery meets Version 1 standards and client expectations Qualifications What we’re looking for You will have: Proven experience as an ERP Test Manager across implementations or upgrades Experience delivering multiple end-to-end testing lifecycles Extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite or equivalent ERP (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics) environments Expertise in test management, defect management, and reporting Experience leading distributed or hybrid test teams Familiarity with test automation approaches Strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver under tight timelines Contract Details Immediate start preferred Hybrid working (Ireland based) If you’re immediately available and ready to lead testing on large-scale ERP Cloud programmes, I’d love to hear from you.
