As an Oracle FDI - Senior Manager, you will lead and guide teams within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on Oracle Data and Analytics. You will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to clients, leveraging your skills and experience to drive impactful results. As a Senior Manager, you will apply sound judgment and strategic advising to navigate complex challenges, fostering high-performing teams and maintaining operational excellence. Your role will involve crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, while validating outcomes with clients and acting on their feedback. Responsibilities - Leading Oracle Data and Analytics initiatives to drive client success and operational excellence - Managing complex data analysis and integration using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle Data Integration tools - Developing data quality improvement plans to enhance data integrity and security - Guiding teams in data-driven consulting and strategic questioning to address client needs - Utilizing data visualization techniques to transform complex data into actionable insights - Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration - Coaching teams on data modeling and preprocessing to optimize data utilization - Promoting creativity and rapid experimentation to innovate processes and solutions - Validating data collection and mining processes to support informed decision-making - Confirming adherence to data security protocols within analytics frameworks What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 6 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering - At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications; cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); cloud data engineering certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks); Snowflake certifications - Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) - Utilizing Oracle Data Integration and Oracle Golden Gate for complex data solutions - Excelling in strategic questioning and data-driven consulting for client support - Leading teams in data quality improvement plans (DQIP) and data security initiatives - Innovating processes through rapid experimentation and embracing change Travel Requirements Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
