Description

We are seeking a skilled Oracle FIN Functional Consultant to support O2C & P2P activities as part of ERP operation team in Oracle EBS environment. The ideal candidate will possess medium expertise in Oracle FIN modules, with experience managing end-to-end life cycle implementations and functional testing in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and map them to Oracle FIN functionalities. Perform O2C & P2P testing activities, ensuring accurate execution and alignment with project goals. Provide functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules in Oracle EBS Environment. Manage end-to-end implementation, including configuration, integration, testing, and support. Identify, document, and resolve issues during testing and implementation phases. Ensure seamless project go-live by coordinating with stakeholders and addressing functional gaps. Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams as needed. Required Skills: Strong expertise in Oracle FIN modules, with specific focus on O2C and P2P processes. Experience working in Oracle EBS environments, with a track record of successful implementations. Proficiency in end-to-end lifecycle management, including testing, implementation, and support. Ability to analyze and resolve functional and technical issues effectively. Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Oracle FIN tracks. Oracle certifications in FIN modules are a plus. Prior experience in large-scale project go-live scenarios. Familiarity with Agile or similar project methodologies.
