About the role We are seeking an Oracle Financial Reporting & Analytics Consultant with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OTBI BI Publisher FR Studio and Narrative Reporting build outs to enable scalable, repeatable reporting packages and close automation. In this role, you will: Lead the design and implementation of financial systems ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues enhancing overall efficiency and user satisfaction. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures to support ongoing operations and audits. Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements. Ensure seamless data migration and system upgrades minimizing disruptions to business operations. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower users with knowledge and skills for effective system utilization. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Provide support for financial reporting and analysis ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Contribute to the company’s purpose by optimizing financial systems thereby enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic goals. Work model: Hybrid – from the United States only What you need to have to be considered 9 to 10 years in Oracle Financial reporting stack. Experience building automated GL/Close dashboards reconciliation operational reporting. Strong SQL data modeling and controls mindset. Familiarity with data lineage across ERP EPM data warehouse environments. Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system challenges. Showcase strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Have a proven track record of successfully leading system implementations and upgrades. Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
