OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an Oracle Functional Consultant to support and enhance the Oracle Key Vault application. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in key management, security compliance, and vulnerability remediation, along with experience collaborating across technical and vendor teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Key Vault or similar key management/vaulting solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle Databases and related security practices.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools (Qualys or equivalent).
• Familiarity with IAM policies (MFA, SSO, compliance standards).
• Excellent troubleshooting, vendor management, and cross-team collaboration skills.

• Perform key management activities within Oracle Key Vault (or similar vaulting solutions).
• Configure and manage extractible vs. non-extractible key vaults.
• Troubleshoot and support day-to-day activities, including working with vendors on upgrades and related issues.
• Resolve Qualys and other vulnerability findings in collaboration with appropriate teams.
• Assist with disaster recovery and data restore exercises.
• Ensure application compliance with IAM policies (MFA, SSO, etc.) through coordination with vendors and internal teams.
• Identify functionality gaps, conduct POCs, and recommend solutions or workarounds.
• Advise on risks, dependencies, and impacts across systems and processes.
• Define test scenarios, develop scripts, and lead testing efforts.
• Create end-user documentation and training materials.
