We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer with strong experience in Oracle Forms and SQL to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications. Experience with Java, JavaScript, and React.js is a strong advantage and will be leveraged in modernizing legacy systems and developing new solutions.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with Java for backend services or integration.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and front-end frameworks, particularly React.js.
• Exposure to modern development practices and tools (Git, CI/CD, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant development experience

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Oracle Forms and SQL.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and enhance existing Oracle Forms applications, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Write efficient SQL queries, procedures, and functions for application logic and data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for application enhancements.
• Assist in modernizing legacy applications using Java, JavaScript, and React.js (as needed).
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for code, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to established organizational processes, standards, and best practices.
• Effectively collaborate with and contribute to a geographically dispersed team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• Proven experience with Oracle Forms development.
• Strong command of SQL, with experience writing complex queries and PL/SQL.
• Experience in application development lifecycle and best practices.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
