Description
An Oracle Functional Consultant (Recruitment/HCM) specializes in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud Recruiting (ORC) and Human Capital Management modules. Key responsibilities include gathering user requirements, translating them into technical designs, configuring workflows (candidate experience, job requisitions), testing, and troubleshooting to optimize talent acquisition processes, typically requiring 3-5+ years of experience.  Core Responsibilities * System Configuration & Implementation: Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, including Candidate Experience, Job Requisitions, and Offer Management. * Requirement Gathering: Engage with HR stakeholders to analyze business processes, performing Fit-Gap analysis to align requirements with Oracle Cloud best practices. * Technical/Functional Translation: Translate complex business requirements into functional specification documents (FSDs) for technical teams. * Testing & Support: Conduct Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. * Data Migration & Integration: Support data migration (HDL/FBDL) and integration with third-party systems.  Key Qualifications * Experience: 3-5+ years in Oracle HCM/Recruiting Cloud implementation. * Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and HCM modules. * Skills: Expertise in business process mapping, configuration, documentation, and stakeholder management. * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.  Typical Activities * Conduct workshops to define hiring workflows. * Create and maintain Oracle Recruiting functional documentation. Support quarterly release updates and recommend enhancements.
