Job Description Oracle Functional Consultant- Property Manager- Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBusiness suite R12.x • Strong functional knowledge of property management, leasing, billing, and property accounting, property types and lease structures, rent increases (CPI-based, fixed, step increases, Rent normalization • Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Proven experience conducting functional analysis and system testing • Experience writing and executing test scenarios and test cases • Hands-on experience using JIRA for test management and defect tracking • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to document processes clearly and professionally • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, including Accounting, real estate and operational departments Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
