Work Schedule: Morning Shift Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines Roles and responsibilities Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs. Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Configure and customize SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Master Data Management, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement. Conduct user training and create documentation for SCM processes and configurations. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed. Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations for scope, budget, quality, and schedule. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field. 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules. At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships effectively. #TASQCorp
