Description

This Melbourne-based role plays a key part in supporting, governing and continuously improving Judo’s Oracle Fusion ERP environment following a recent implementation.

Working from our Queen & Collins office in Melbourne CBD with hybrid flexibility, you'll partner closely with Finance, Technology and Operations stakeholders to ensure Oracle continues to deliver reliable, efficient and well-governed outcomes across core finance processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day system support with continuous improvement initiatives. We're looking for an individual who understands the full ERP lifecycle and can confidently operate within a mature production environment, helping to maintain stability whilst identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and user experience.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, partnering with stakeholders and supporting a live Oracle Fusion environment, while contributing to ongoing enhancements and improvements.

If that excites you, this just might be your dream job:

  • Supporting and enhancing Judo’s Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM and OIC environment in a live production setting
  • Optimising Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM and OIC across core finance processes and controls
  • Leading configuration, enhancement and stabilisation initiatives that improve month-end processes, reporting and operational reliability
  • Partnering with Finance, Technology and Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into practical ERP solutions
  • Supporting users, managing incidents, troubleshooting issues and driving positive stakeholder outcomes
  • Improving integrations, reporting, user adoption and process discipline across the Oracle environment
  • Managing ERP and EPM enhancements, testing, governance and change activities
  • Strengthening financial controls, streamlining processes and improving reporting outcomes
  • Identifying and solving complex business and system problems that deliver measurable value
  • Supporting the ongoing evolution of Judo’s Oracle capability as the organisation continues to grow
