Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with specific expertise in the Benefits module.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits implementation lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Support.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and its integration points with Benefits.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification Preferred
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Benefits modules within the Oracle HCM suite. This role is focused on providing subject matter expertise, functional guidance, and hands-on configuration support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Oracle Cloud Benefits solutions.

  • Proficient in Oracle Cloud Benefits (Oracle Cloud Fusion Benefits module), guiding clients through best practices, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Support functional requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Configure Oracle Benefits Cloud features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support end-user documentation development and end-user support resources.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on the client’s current solution.
