JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Trainer to design and deliver high-impact training programs for end-users, power users, and administrators across key ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement/SCM, Projects). The ideal candidate will ensure seamless user adoption through engaging training sessions, tailored materials, and post-go-live support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP training or implementation experience.
  • Expertise in 1+ Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects).
  • Proven ability to design/deliver training in ILT, VILT, and e-learning formats.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex ERP processes for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with eLearning tools (Oracle UPK, Captivate, Articulate).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Guided Learning.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Oracle Certified Trainer or related certifications.
  • Experience in ERP change management or organizational readiness.
  • Background in cross-functional ERP implementations.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    Job Type: Contract
    Pay: $45.82 - $65.00 per hour
    Work Location: Hybrid remote in East Newark, NJ 0702
Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs (classroom, virtual, hands-on) for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules.
  • Create training materials: user manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, job aids.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to align training with business processes and workflows.
  • Provide post-go-live support and refresher training as needed.
  • Support change management by communicating system updates and benefits to stakeholders.
  • Measure training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain expertise in Oracle Cloud updates and integrate new features into training content.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for supplemental training if required.
