REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with specific expertise in the Payroll module.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Support.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and its integration points with Payroll.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification Preferred.
Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Payroll modules within the Oracle HCM suite. This role is focused on providing subject matter expertise, functional guidance, and hands-on configuration support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.

  • Proficient in Oracle Cloud Payroll (Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll module), guiding clients through best practices, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead and support functional requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Configure Oracle Payroll Cloud features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and deliver documentation, training materials, and end-user support resources.
  • Analyze system usage and provide recommendations to improve learning adoption and effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on the client’s current solution.
