JOB SUMMARY
A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Human Resources, or a related “eld of study in STEM Must have experience in full life cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects. Must have good functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Suite such as Workforce Development, Payroll, Bene"ts, OTL, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management etc. Must have technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, Work)ows, Page & Application Composers & VBCS Must be proficient in Fusion-based Integration development utilizing OIC and SOAP/REST web services. Must have hands on knowledge of writing and troubleshooting extremely complex SQL and PL/SQL queries Must have knowledge of cloud computing including SaaS and PaaS Knowledge of APEX, java and Oracle Analytics Cloud is a huge plus. Oracle certifications in relevant technologies is preferred. Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be highly proficient with Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Responsible for developing technical specification. Support the implementation of an Oracle Cloud Fusion deployment and ongoing support. Develop, test, debug, implement, and document technical solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Workforce Development, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absences, OTL, Talent Profile and Learning. Design and develop API-led integrations using OIC, ensuring reusability and )flexibility of integration components across different applications. Analyzing, designing, coding, debugging, testing, and modifying software or enhancements, taking into consideration existing software capabilities Follow standard security coding practices to ensure the application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities. Participate in code reviews. Execute automated and manual testing to ensure product and application quality. Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing. Document the application changes to facilitate maintenance. Assist in de"ning and reviewing the technical requirements for the application, including security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements.
